What this is
One place for a construction company to run its work: winning it, doing it, and getting paid for it.
Everything here is organised around a job. A job starts as somebody ringing the office and ends when the retainage is released, and the software follows that arc rather than making you think in modules.
This handbook goes in the same order. It follows one client all the way through, so each feature turns up at the point you would actually reach for it.
The four places you work

Field Mode is a genuinely separate view, not a narrow version of the office. Somebody whose role is field-only lands there when they sign in and never sees the office at all. Everybody else switches between the two from the bottom of the navigation.
Two ways into any job
A contractor thinks about work in two ways, so both work here. Through the customer - a client profile carries every project, estimate, proposal, invoice and filed document. Or through the address, because the same house calls back. Every project files its site as a property, with the address normalised so "17 Bridge Lane" and "17 Bridge Ln." are one record, and a property page shows every project at that address over the years.
Nothing in this handbook is aspirational. Every rule about what can be changed, reversed or deleted was read off the checks the software actually makes. Where it says a thing cannot be undone, it genuinely refuses.
