AI analysis
Two jobs, both on the record: an analyst's note on a project, and an inspector's read of a photograph. Off until a key is pasted in.
Switch it on in Settings by pasting an Anthropic API key - encrypted at rest like the SMTP password, never sent back to the browser. Until then the buttons simply do not exist.
- Analyse a projectOn any project, AI analysis reads the job's own records - money, schedule, open items, recent activity - and writes three short paragraphs into the discussion as an internal note: where it stands, what is at risk with the numbers, and what to do this week.
- Analyse a photographIn any photo viewer, AI: damage and repair reads the image like an inspector: what it shows, the likely repair and its urgency, and what a crew should check that a photograph cannot show. The analysis is stored on the photo.
Every AI-written note is flagged, so the reader always knows which words a person wrote. Every run is on the audit trail with the name of whoever asked for it, and every token is metered: set a monthly budget and the owners are warned at 80%, and calls pause at 100% with a sentence that says why.
Access: Project analysis needs project or reporting access; photo analysis needs field logging.
